Use sourcemod 1.6 compiler

_: has the same meaning as "view_as<int>".

Need to get rid of the type cast for the enum declarations and replace every enum name with
Code: [Select]
view_as<int>(ENUM_NAME_HERE) or
Code: [Select]
_:ENUM_NAME_HERE
e.g. one on the right will compile just fine
