Doesn't always start on versus.

So, couple issues here. They may be the same issue. First, the server doesn't always load to the map I choose via versus lobby. Sometimes it will load correctly, other times it will go to the default campaign +map setting in the srcds file. It also shows up as campaign in the steam groups menu.

Second issue is that it doesn't consistently load the promod pub config. It only partially works on those times. Sometimes it will perfectly work. So I attempted to run confogl_off beforehand to reset it. May have fixed it, Idk. The first issue occurs too often for the second to be tested.
