So like i said, communicate with your teammates if the survivors are pushing or delay them, or simply let them go on top can tell by the survivors starting to climb up half way on the ladder. A lot of people, including myself have played with this since 2012 or before and still play. You don't see us complain about it, we just adapt to the situation.

Once again. Feedback in the feedback forum. Why am I being accused of complaining, or being butthurt as sanchez put it

I don't understand why you want to make fun of me with your irony or something. I saw that no one was going to answer a so obvious and dumb question so i just stated the obvious. It's not my fault that you feel butthurt cause your tank got raped by the rocket, instead you should be happy that you learnt something new in a random pub mix and not in some more important game.

I wasn't making fun of you any more than you were making fun of me for posting, whether I knew about the explosion or not is irrelevant. I could've sworn I posted this in the "Feedback" forum. I didn't post it to whine or cry, I posted it because it should be fixed. If I could fix it, I would, I've been trying to learn.

I'm new to the community and it's been obvious how toxic it is since day 1.  You didn't need to respond since "No one was going to answer a so obvious and dumb question" Sanchez.

It wasn't even a question. It was feedback, posted in the feedback forum.

Don't forget about the explosion on Dead Air map 5 xD

but to that Lovebone guy, you just need to communicate in order to not get blown up by it. even if you get blown up you still have 2k hp and a hittable to go in with, and in your situation..take the nuke, get the car, block them from going up and reboom them, and send a 2 cap with the tank at the same time to get hittables. OR ALTERNATIVELY, have someone spit delay the ladder or something then run up with tank safely..there are alot of options -.-

Tank had around 500 HP left after explosion you can see from the screenshot

So I guess ignore the fact that an alarm car was set off with a triple boom, and just don't commit tank because they may or may not set off the explosion, you need to wait until all of the horde is gone and you've lost half of first pass to see what the survivors are gonna do. Good call Sanchez, you should be developing these configs.

At the bridge you cross after the alarm car area I got tank and when I climbed up my tank almost died from the explosion that opens the drop area. I took a screenshot of the tank damage report after we restarted. Maybe something could be done to give si immunity to this explosion.

Looking to make a team to scrim some of the tourney teams, since they're always looking to practice before matches. Would be a good learning experience, and help make it easier for tourney teams to find scrims. add me on steam.

I'm sort of low skill, trying to work my way up to mid. I don't care if you're new, or very low skill. This, for me, is about improving my game. Just please be chill if you're interested. No bitching at teammates, let's have fun and learn as a group.

Add me on steam.

Although I finally switched to PC, I would still like to try to update the Xbox config. There are still a lot of Xbox players, especially since Microsoft released reverse compatibility for Xbox one so they can join 360 players, and they deserve a little love.

I believe I may know of a way to make this work. I uploaded the files from my Xbox to a flash drive and opened them on my PC and although I don't know shit about coding I looked through them and saw a cvar about random horde spawn timing and adjusted it and tried it out and it worked. I was thinking if maybe we were able to just replace one of the mutations with something like promod 5.0 or EQ it may be playable on Xbox if all of the players were willing to replace their game files. The only servers available after all, are local. If anyone would like to help add me on steam.

I've been trying to play some pugs, but there are a lot of things I don't understand as far as settings like lerp and other settings. People in the pugs are impatient with me, some are just complete assholes and it's frustrating so I either deal with it or leave. I was hoping someone could take a few minutes to teach me some things.
By the way I have a lot of competitive experience on xbox, which most people make fun of me for when I mention it. But I know how to play the game, I don't know a lot about pc strats but I'm mostly looking for help with the technical stuff

Don't target the same survivor as the tank with si support, it can be hard to get a corner and stealing the tanks target will make it even harder if he switches or will waste your spawn if he doesn't switch targets.

Don't stand near the tank as a boomer, it will stumble the tank as it pops which can be more devastating than one might think.

Ex: Only a couple of days ago as a tank I got a double punch on a boomed survivor and another survivor the horde was holding them in the corner which would've given me the chance to get more doubles on them and most likely 2 incaps but the boomer walked towards is in the corner to try to get a proxy and stumbled me as I was going for my second punch. This bought enough time for the survivors to clear horde and both escape the corner and instead of two incaps that would've almost certainly resulted in a wipe considering my tank health I was only able to get a single incap and the entire team made the map.

Tank stumbles can be very devastating. Again don't go for the tanks target, and stay away from the tank with your boomers. I suppose an exception to this would be if the tank is getting shredded by multiple survivors with melees. A multiple proxy may take the focus of the melees off of the tank making the stumble worth the proxy. I suppose strategies are objective. It's usually not a good idea to take a chance of stumbling the tank though, and it's really frustrating when your own teammate causes it.

Thank you Jacob, I added you on steam.

And you're right k3pooch I don't believe there are any dedicated servers. If the host disconnects from the game on what is labeled a dedicated server the server shuts down. "Valved" is the term we use for it, because the game restarts and sends you to the valve loading screen we see when the game is launched. But hey, it gives rage quitters a good excuse if they're hosting, "I valved man, sorry but I don't have time to rematch." lol

I only watch so I didn't vote, but I believe incaps should be factored in with the classic hb based on percentage via the survival multiplier. Each incap should be worth 1/3 of the individuals survival multiplier.

Ex: if 4 survivors make safehouse and one has a single incap it should be 3.66xHB

2 incaps on one survivor 3.33xHB

If a team gets 3 incaps on seperate survivors they are rewarded for attacking HB and for each incap. The infected are rewarded more for the damage they have done, and damage on an incapped survivor won't affect the score. If the survivors are beat up then one survivor at 90 health can't save the bonus. They must protect the entire team and keep them all standing.

Possibly the limited ammo pickup combined with loss of tank rage at a very reduced rate, like 1/8 normal speed of loss or something like that, however long it takes to deplete the survivors ammo supply so the question whether to push out or hold their position.

Is there a way to limit the number of times a replacement weapon can be picked up in the safehouse or disabling the pickups after a certain amount of time while placing ammo piles in areas outside of the safehouse? Like once a team has chosen their weapon setup And they leave safehouse the infinite replacements are disabled so they will have to push out to get ammo on maps like dk4. I don't think tanks should be fought in any safehouse imo. There is always a chance of early tank spawn so if a team is good and has that in mind they should be able to immediately push for an area like the map room on DC-1.
