Just watched 4 videos on that guy. I was chuckling a bit. Yeah, I can say without a doubt I'm less socially awkward than that guy. Some pretty funny shit though.

i think its better that xbye doesnt have a team. that way all the matches can be streamed and casted.

Xbye has a lot of technical knowledge and he is a great mentor to newer players looking for more practical training. He can shoot things and he knows a lot about this game. He is patient with new people and will always answer questions, takes time to individually help players increase their skill.

I would not call Xbye a team player. He suffers from Opposition Defiance Disorder and it makes teamwork difficult for him. Since he does have vast knowledge of game mechanics however he is very rigid in thought and does not go with the flow easily. My suggestions for Xbye would be to start a team of his own as he would may take issue with the Captain due to is ODD and does tend to lean toward the negative side of things, which may demotivate a team.

TL;DR Xbye is a skilled individual but has had issues in the past working with people.
