ProMod Elite - Released

Hi all,

After much discussion and debate we have decided to release ProMod Elite to the community.  This would allow everyone to enjoy the mod on their servers whenever they want and make your tournaments if you choose this mod.  I would like to thank Jacob, Deli and Dax to make this mod happen it's a lot of fun.

Will there be any attempt at stabilizing !team and !mytank or is this final?

I honestly think you're the only person that really cares about this feature.
