How to use confogl cvar correctly?

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to install promod 4.5 in Windows server. Long and hard, but I made ​​it without crashings. DownTown and other extensions work fine! But I have a few small problems: server does not want to take cvar settings of confogl.cfg and promod.cfg,
example - confogl_addcvar confogl_vomitjar_limit "0", but does not take effect in server, vomitjar spawns...
and all the other cvar's witch prefix confogl_addcvar confogl does not work...
I do not use plugin Readyup.smx, I just added all confogl configs through exec in server.cfg.
How to make the server listen to these settings?

Either way, 4.5 is redundant and full of glitches. You really should download 5 regardless of the issue.

Yes , I'm not sure . confoglcompmod.smx up and running , all the others depend on it plugins also work.
What is confogl load?
