Jockey is the most situational SI, and 90% of time it's either useless or simply unable to land. If it weren't for that bug with it being silent sometimes, it would be more useless than a spitter in 1v1. The time it takes to juke the survivor with leapfrogging and such is too high and often just not enough against anyone that doesn't panic when he runs out of m2.

My opinion is that this nerf is trying to account for a buff(autobhop) that wasn't a good idea from the start. The right way of balancing this would be to remove the previously introduced feature.

I'm working on cleaning up all that stuff now sir, I'll post here and update the download in OP sometime tonight. As for jockeys I'd prefer not to implement jockey skeeting so lowering the health seems like the logical step to take. I also added the bhop change because back on 30 tick servers jockeys bhopped everywhere and it was more fun to play with and against, I'm hoping this will make jockeys more exciting than just relying on broken "silent jockey" mechanics.

this is basically a more broken version of acemod (see them Sir posts). I don't see the point in playing promod anymore.

you realize this is 80% pro mod 4.5 which came out before acemod, and if you knew anything about configs you would know that the things pointed out by sir aren't really an issue at all. they are simple 1 line typos which don't "break" anything. most of them are in the side configs. i get that you feel the need to try to insult anything i do but this is a failed attempt. and if you dont want to play pro mod then dont play it?

Funny reaction, but I only said it because this isn't the first time he's calling something broken just because it has a couple minor bugs, which are far from gamebreaking. Many players however, at least in the EU, definitely dislike promod 5 even more than 4.5, to which I have no explanation because, in my opinion, it's definitely an improvement over 4.5(despite the unnecessary jockey nerf). At least for me it's very, even ironically funny to see the people who were quite content with 4.5 start hating on 5.0.

that's really weird. regardless im not going to play the politics of trying to tweak things in order to appease people anymore, im just trying to put out a stable version so i can walk away content
