Should be changed IMO so it's facing straight. Annoying to climb it atm, I see a ton of people getting stuck on it.

I haven't had an issue on that ladder yet, but you could put another func_ladder (or whatever its called) brush next to the one thats there.. ... just making the climbing area wider maybe.... might look weird tho

When all the users are getting it wrong, the problem is with the software, not the users.

Not all users are getting it wrong, it's climbable and everyone has done it after trying it, no one learns how to use a software for the first time, therefore the users are the problem for not testing the map first.
