Wow, over two years this game has been out, it's still broken and has flaws.

Name a game that doesn't have flaws.
That being said, Valve does seem to not care much or they have the wrong kind of people trying to fix this game.

Also, if you ask me it looks like you haven't played much lately if you were so unaware about this "new" bug that they didn't even bother to fix and are now advertising as a cool new feature.

I don't get why people like to bash and discriminate against whether if it's pub footage or confogl footage. Even if I did post confogl mod server game play, you would degrade it by calling it "pug footage" because I'm not on any teams to where I could play scrims.

Because the pub scene is seen as the lower-skilled part of the community.
Lets be honest here, 91% (Not a random statistic) of the "pub" scene with their health kits and T2 spam gets beaten by anyone in the "competitive" scene with T1 and pills.
Of course people will bash you, people want to see higher-skilled players getting pwned.

As far as I know this doesn't make the survivor's screen B&W, but it will play the heartbeat sound.
Pretty sure there's a plugin that fixes it correctly though as I might just be missing a command.
