Curious Question..

Why are there 10 administrators plus you and Secretary Stawfishie? I could be wrong but i feel like there is way to many? Anyone can make decisions regarding the tournament? Normally its not this many and i feel like it could create issues. And what is Secretary Stawfishie or 45? Not sure what that is. I'm excited about this tourney and hopefully making a team. just curious....

The admins are responsible for their own regions.  The list is still due to change based on the final number of teams from each region, more or less admins of each could be needed.

45 is also my girlfriend and I asked her to help me with my duties while I am busy or not home as she is the person who can reach me the easiest and also knows how I think.  I also can't exactly help resolve things, if need be, if I'm casting/streaming a game.  She's very reliable so I trust her to help me out when those times come.

I'm a bit curious as to why some games seem to need more streamers and shoutcasters than actual players.
Hopefully this can be organized a bit better in next games.

The gamer above me has a point. Here for example we can see no less than FIVE casters, all russian, with no guarantee that more wouldn't have joined a bit later. I doubt 5 casters would have enough room to distribute their vocal time evenly, so some of them are likely to be busy with something else throughout the game, such as spoiling spawns to one of the teams.

I suggest making one streamer plus two casters the absolute maximum per stream, with an absolute maximum of different language streams per game being two. So a max of two streamers and four casters. Anything beyond that is redundant and a waste of server resources, which also leads to a poor player experience, and potentially an unfair one too.
$10 says you aren't anywhere near a controlling position of the L4D3 scene in any continent when it happens.

Thing is he does what he wants, cause his able to and we are letting him do that. He abuses hes place and power in this community and people like me get banned for no reason. Only thing visor wants is more and more control so he can do what ever he wants.

^ This , no need for that many casters, and if its multiple "streamers" even less so, you can  maybe make an exception for multi national coverage, but even then theres no need for more than 1 camera and 2 casters per match for each respective language

I agree.  I did not know that this happened.  I know as of now there is no technical limit defined but I will amend the rules and the streamer post once I get out of bed (guess where I'm typing this from).
